A heartfelt welcome from the heart of our operations at Stride, and thank you for taking the time to visit our site. Rooted deeply in family values, Stride, Inc. has flourished under the care of our family from its inception and now proudly continues into its second generation. The formation of Stride traces back to a deeply personal story—inspired by my son, Joey. Despite his struggles with hydrocephalus, which profoundly impacted his mobility, communication, and vision, Joey's indomitable spirit has been the guiding light for our mission. Though we lost Joey at the tender age of seven, his legacy endures through Stride, compelling us to dedicate our efforts to working alongside and advocating for adults with Special Needs.

At Stride, we are not just employers; we are champions for the potential within each individual with special needs, fostering an environment that encourages our employees to explore and reach their fullest personal and professional capacities. Our commitment to quality and inclusivity shines through our nationally acclaimed brand names, offering office products that are meticulously packed, assembled, labeled, and shipped by an unparalleled workforce. Every day, Stride dispatches products to resellers nationwide. At the time this photo was captured, Victor led our Shipping and Receiving Department. Starting with us as a Special Needs adult, Victor climbed the ranks to become a salaried employee. Presently, Theresa, a neuro-diverse adult, oversees our shipping and fulfillment operations, with assistance from James, and Bryan, both of whom are on the Autism Spectrum.
